Products, pricing & availability

We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and modify or discontinue products at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where fraud is suspected, in which case you will be refunded.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases renew automatically at the stated interval and price until cancelled. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your account or by emailing getquietcravings@gmail.com. Cancellation stops all future charges; orders already processed are governed by our Refund Policy.

Refunds

All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 60-day "Feel the Shift" guarantee.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and the QuietCravings and CraveOff™ names — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuietCravings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which QuietCravings is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
