Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimums, no codes needed.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Delivery estimates
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days after processing
- United Kingdom, Australia & rest of world: 7–14 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays.
Order changes & address errors
Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Email getquietcravings@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us within 14 days — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Customs & duties
International orders may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country. These charges, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
